Card size: 150mm
Here a woman hangs washing on a wind-blown northern shore. Suddenly a great seabird, a skua, steals her baby’s coat and makes off with it. Deep blue shadows dramatise the scene and throw into relief the wild cream burnet roses with their tiny buds and delicate leaves.
The image was professionally printed onto Somerset Enhanced 225gm acid free authentic fine art paper from St Cuthbert’s Mill, Somerset, using the highest quality archival pigment inks. This was mounted onto Japanese Hosho paper, which in turn was applied to a 350gm satin card. A thumbnail print was applied to the back of the card along with details of printing. Finally the card was signed, dated and titled by the artist.
This card is the perfect size to be mounted into a standard 25 x25cm frame. A perfect small gift which can be displayed for many years without fear of fading.
The card is left blank for your message.
